Meadow Partners Completes First Transaction in London

Meadow Partners announced today the successful completion of its first transaction in London through Meadow Real Estate Fund I LP (“Fund I”). The investment, a direct acquisition of a Class A office building located in an established M25 office market, offers superior risk-adjusted returns and significant downside protection to Fund I investors.

Fund I, using discretionary capital commitments from institutional investors, is actively pursuing numerous opportunities in London amidst a constrained investment environment. Financial institutions have been slow to reduce legacy exposure to real estat e and new debt finance is available in extremely limited quantity. These challenging market dynamics, coupled with the Partners’ significant experience and creative capital solutions, has presented the firm with a rare and highly attractive investment window and a robust pipeline of potential investments. Meadow Real Estate Fund I LP was formed to continue the successful investment track record of Meadow Partners’ management team. Meadow Partners was founded in early 2009 by Jeffrey M.
