Meadow Partners announced today that Andrew Till has joined the firm as an Associate responsible for Asset Management. Mr. Till will work on residential and commercial projects for the company, a privately owned real estate investment and asset management firm founded in 2009 by Jeffrey M. Kaplan, formerly Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee at Westbrook Partners, and his two partners, J. Andrew McDaniel in London and Timothy P. Yantz in New York City. The three partners have a history of successfully investing together at Westbrook, with over 40 years of collective real estate investment experience.
Mr. Till was formerly employed by Garden Homes Development/Skyline Developers, a multi-billion dollar privately owned development firm, where he worked on ground-up residential projects including 170 East End Avenue, the luxury condominium opposite Gracie Mansion, the conversion of 37 Wall Street into luxury rental units with Tiffany & Co. at its base, and 200 East 79 th Street, a residential condominium under development on the Upper East Side.
Mr. Till also handled commercial projects for Garden Homes such as lease-ups, building upgrades and new construction of office space for the company’s commercial assets including 20 West 55th Street and 1040 Avenue of the Americas. He also assisted with acquisitions.
Mr. Till received a BS in business administration from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Fordham University
